Antique Swedish Gustavian Blue Painted Country Sideboard
Antique Swedish country sideboard from the gustavian period during the late 1700s. Made in northern Sweden with a classic, straight shape. Original unusual blue paint from the late 1700s with a black table top. Double doors and interior with shelves and drawers, including secret drawers which are hidden behind the visible drawers. The table top can be opened up which then reveals another secret space underneath, see pictures. Stable and healthy frame with old paint that shows the history and age of the piece. Height to the table top is 106 cm and the trim is another 5 cm.
